  68. Welcome to Electronic Postal Window!  This program is for looking up
  69. US postal rates.  Simply enter the weight of your package and choose
  70. the type of mail you want.  You can even compare rates for different
  71. types of mail.

  73. Run the SETUP program to install the program:

  75. From Program Manager choose File/Run.  When prompted, type A:SETUP or
  76. B:SETUP, sepending on which floppy drive you have placed the setup
  77. disk in.  Follow the few prompts in SETUP.

  79. When SETUP is finished you should have a "E.P.W." program group.
  80. Pick "Electronic Postal Window" to start the program.
